This Privacy Policy explains how FB Grow ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL. We do not receive your Google password.
- Facebook integration data. When you connect a Facebook ad account via Facebook Login we receive a long-lived access token and the list of ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and Facebook Pages you have permission to manage. This data is mirrored into our database so we can display it to you in the Service.
- Content you upload. Files (images, videos, ad copy) that you upload to the Service for staging and launching campaigns.
- Usage data. Server logs that contain your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page, and the URLs you request, used for security and debugging.

Cookies. A single first-party session cookie
(
FBADSSESSID) that keeps you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- To authenticate you and keep your session active.
- To call the Facebook Marketing API on your behalf so we can read and write campaign data you have explicitly authorized us to access.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To respond to support requests and diagnose technical issues.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — when we call the Facebook Graph / Marketing API on your behalf using the access token you authorized.
- Google LLC — when we authenticate you via Google OAuth.
- Service providers we rely on for hosting, error monitoring, and analytics, under written confidentiality terms.
- Authorities — when required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a Facebook ad account at any time from the dashboard, which removes the stored access token. You may also delete your account by emailing us at support@fbgrow.com. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of an account-deletion request, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic and store data in access-controlled servers. Access
tokens are scoped to the permissions you grant during the Facebook OAuth flow
(ads_read, ads_management, business_management)
and can be revoked at any time from your Facebook settings. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@fbgrow.com.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than the one you reside in. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Third-party platforms
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of information received from the Meta Platform adheres to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the Service.
